PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Prices and sales conditions are for informational purposes only and may be modified due to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the offered price and the general sales conditions in effect at that time. The customer can access the status of their order at any time.
We inform you that the company BERWICK 1707, S.L. has complaint forms available to customers at its registered office at Hermosilla, 11 in Madrid.
Payment methods
To ensure maximum payment security, BERWICK uses a “secure payment” system; confidential payment data is transmitted directly in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution.
For card payments, we only accept CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol. When making a payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is enabled for secure electronic commerce. It will connect with the issuing bank, which will request authorization for the transaction. The transaction will only be completed after confirmation of the authentication code; otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
Billing
You can download your invoice from your account on our online site. If you wish to receive it on paper or by email, you can request it when placing the order in the comments field to the seller.
Hours
At BERWICK you can shop at any time of day, any day of the year. Please note that shipments are made directly from the factory, which remains open on business days. When the factory is closed for holidays or vacations, this will be announced in this section so that customers are aware of possible delivery delays. It will also be announced on the homepage of our website.
Customer service hours are: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and our email is shop@berwickshoes.com
Shipping
- For orders placed before 5:00 PM, delivery times range within the peninsula between 24 and 48 hours (business days), and for Europe between 3 and 7 business days. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we always try to ensure that the shipping companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centers, delivery within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances. For orders shipped by Correos, the delivery time will be longer.
- Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each product’s page, and also on the factory opening hours mentioned in the previous section. For orders including multiple items, there will be a single shipment, and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
- An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.
- The delivery country must match the billing country; otherwise, the shipment cannot be made.
- If you receive a product damaged during transport, it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours to file a claim with the shipping company.
- If there is any discrepancy with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item, please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide a solution quickly.
- Shipments will not be made to pickup points, point pack, or lockers; please provide a postal address where a physical person is available to receive or deliver the package.
Shipping Costs
They are FREE for shipments over €100 (1 or 2 pairs) to the peninsula and part of the European Union (*Please consult the following tables to know the shipping costs for each country) outside of these, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer and will depend on the rate offered by the carrier, which is calculated based on the destination, the weight of the items, and the quantity to be shipped.
For shipments of more than two pairs, shipping costs apply to all destinations and will increase proportionally according to the number of pairs ordered.
Shipments outside the European Union are usually subject to taxes and duties upon arrival, depending on the legislation of each country. These costs are always the responsibility of the customer and ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS.
Exchanges and Returns
In accordance with current legislation, if you are not satisfied once you have received the product, you may return it. You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return and send it back to our facilities. To process a refund or exchange, the product must be at our facilities before the 14 calendar day period expires.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products missing accessories or parts, showing damage (scratches on the sole or defects in the leather), defects, or signs of use beyond what is necessary to check their good condition and correct size. If the original packaging and label are not complete and in proper condition, the boots may suffer depreciation.
If the size is not correct, or if you want to make an exchange for any other reason, you must proceed with the return by completing this form, it is necessary to contact us to accept the return. We will send you an email with the 'return number' and instructions to follow.
To process the return, we will need you to confirm an address where the package can be collected during the carrier's business hours and a contact phone number. It is essential that someone is available to hand over the package to the carrier. Collection cannot be made in a different country from where the order was shipped.
If, for reasons beyond Berwick or the carrier's control (for example: not being at home when the package is to be collected), the package cannot be picked up, we will send the carrier one more time to collect the package the customer wishes to return. After two unsuccessful collection attempts, the return of the package to Berwick will be at the customer's expense, both in means and costs.
The shipping costs for the first exchange or first return will be free if the shipping cost is also free, you can check this in the table*. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging; otherwise, the company reserves the right to charge a handling and processing fee. Costs incurred by second or further returns will be borne by the customer (check with the supplier). *

Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request the return and send the item back to our facilities. Once the merchandise is received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will credit you within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of the items.
Warranty
All products sold through our website berwickshoes.com are original BERWICK brand products, manufactured in Almansa.
All products come with a 3-year warranty period, in accordance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, except in exceptional cases where the duration may differ.
If the warranty needs to be exercised, you should contact us at shop@berwickshoes.com You will need to provide your full name, the email used for the purchase, and the order number; you may also send the invoice, delivery note, or order confirmation, which you can download from your account on our website.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper use of the product, inappropriate use,
- Damage caused by the user or unauthorized third parties,
- Damage caused by accidents, lightning, floods, fires, or any other cause not attributable to the manufacturer,
- Use of the product outside the family and private context, for example, intensive professional use,
- Damage caused by adaptations, adjustments, or modifications made to a product without written agreement from the manufacturer,
- Wear and tear due to repair, maintenance, or replacement of parts due to normal use,
- Accessory wear and tear.
