You can download your invoice from your account on our website. If you wish to receive it in paper form or by email, you can request it when placing your order in the comments field to the seller.
No, not all the items shown in our online store include VAT
- The most common issue is that your email is sending our messages to the 'spam' or junk mail folder. To prevent this, add shop@berwickshoes.com to your email contacts.
- Make sure you entered the email address correctly when you created the account.
They do not fit differently from the rest of the shoes you wear; you will wear the same size. You can also take a look at our size guide or, if you prefer, contact us so we can guide you according to each last (shop@berwickshoes.com).
Account
At the top right of our website, you will find a "My Account" icon. If you are already registered, you just need to enter your email address and password. If you are not yet registered in our online store and wish to do so, click on "Register Now" and fill out the form that appears. We will automatically send you a confirmation email; after receiving it, click on the "Complete Registration" link, and you will be registered on our website.
You can reset it by going to "My Account" and clicking on "Forgot your password?".
No, to place an order and complete your purchase, you only need to provide us with your billing information. We recommend registering, as you will be able to check the status of your orders and download your invoice.
Orders
After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the transaction. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us. You can also view the status of your order from “My Account” if you have registered.
If you have registered, you can log in to your account and select "My Orders," where you can check the status of your order.
As long as you have not processed your order, you can remove any items you do not want from the shopping cart. Once the purchase process is completed, items cannot be removed or canceled.
Yes, once you access the "shopping cart," you have the option to save the current shopping basket to the shopping list and complete the purchase process later.
PAYMENTS

Yes, your data will be 100% protected with us, transmitted via SSL encryption. For payment with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is enrolled in the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to authorize the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made to the card.
SHIPPING
Wherever you want, on the order form we ask for the delivery address, which can be different from the billing address, as long as they are within the same country.
We currently deliver to: Spain and other European countries (Portugal, France, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Greece). We also deliver to most countries worldwide, except South Korea and Japan, as there is an official store and purchases must be made through their website or store. Usually between 24-48 business hours in the Iberian Peninsula, 5 to 7 business days in Europe, although you can request Premium service and receive the order within 48-72 business hours.
Shipping costs are free in most European Union countries. For shipments to areas outside the free shipping coverage, the price will be calculated based on the destination, the weight of the items, and the quantity to be shipped according to the carrier's rates. Please check the purchase conditions.
RETURNS
You must fill out the corresponding return form for the item. Submitting this form is essential to process the request. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must fill out the same form. In both cases, we will send a courier to collect the product, so we will need you to provide the pickup address as well as any relevant notes. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products missing accessories or parts, showing damage (scratches on the sole or defects in the leather), defects, or signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify their good condition and correct size. If the original packaging and label are not complete and in proper condition, the boots may suffer depreciation.
You have a period of 14 calendar days starting from the date of receipt. For more information, please consult the purchase conditions.
The shipping costs for a first return will be free if the shipping cost is also free; you can check this in the purchase conditions table. Costs incurred for second or subsequent returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once the merchandise is received and confirmed to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will credit you within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt of the goods.
To accept an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition (no scratches on the sole or damage to the leather), and must retain the original tags and packaging.
