MILAN CLASSIC, S.A. provides this platform for you to report any criminal or administrative offenses, irregular conduct, breaches of our code of ethics or internal regulations, illegal acts (any crime such as fraud, theft, corruption, embezzlement, etc.), and any other matter that directly or indirectly negatively affects our organization.
Our Channel guarantees the confidentiality of the information communicated, the personal data of the reporting person, as well as those of the reported or affected individuals, in compliance with the Law 2/2023, of February 20, on Whistleblower Protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, as well as Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5.
The compliance with all the above and the management of receiving reports submitted through our Internal Reporting Channel is outsourced to the independent consultancy, Business Adapter®.
Before reporting, please remember that you must have reasonable grounds to believe, based on the information and circumstances available at the time of the report, that the reported facts are true. Our organization will assess the credibility of your report and may reject it if it does not comply with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of February 20.
