How to properly measure a foot

  • Place the bare foot on a blank sheet.
  • Mark the two ends of the foot – that is, the heel and the longest toe – on the paper.
  • Measure the distance between those two points. Repeat the process with the other foot, as feet can often have different lengths. Of the two measurements, use the longest. Otherwise, the shoe might be tight.
  • Find the size in this conversion table that matches your measurement.
